Application:
SVP series vacuum transformer oil purification unit can remove
water content, gases, and solid contaminants from insulating
fluids, recovering oil dielectric strength (breakdown voltage BDV).
This oil purification machine helps to dry out moisture of waste
insulating oil. Particulate impurities are separated gradually,
from coarse particles to tiny ones, as they pass the filter
assembly. The filter fineness can be customized according to
clients’ request.
SVP transformer oil purification machine has compact design. The
vacuum oil degasifier can be encased and mounted on a mobile
trailer for on-site field work at power station, electrical
substations , and where transformer maintenance is needed. Besides
oil-immersed transformers, our SVP transformer oil purification
machine can also be applied to maintain oils used in other
attendant electrical equipment, such as regulators,mutual
inductors, reactors, circuit breakers, switch gear, etc.
Description of SVP50 luxury type machine:
This is the luxury type of our SVP50 model transformer oil purifier
machine with Siemens PLC automatic control system,it can treat
50L/minute(3000L/hour) transformer oil,this machine produced with
Europe famous brand Germany Leybold vacuum pump and root
pump,Schneider electric parts,Siemens S7 PLC ,On-line Moisture
detector,Flow meter etc,we also could supply the China famous brand
pumps and other parts as customer required.
Structure of SVP transformer oil purifier:
1. Filtering system: Filter is cylinder shape and disposed
vertically, for maintenance purposes. Filtering
equipment equipped with two or more filters. There is a pressure
gauge on the filter to monitor pressure
differential passed the filter. under normal operating temperature
if pressure difference on the filter is
more than 0.3Mpa, you must clean the filter.
2. Heating system: Automatic temperature system control oil
temperature in the range of 20 ~ 80 °C
adjustable.These heaters are interlocked with pumps and vacuum
pumps, heaters can only work when the
oil pump and pump operation, both to ensure the safe operation of
the heater, but also to prevent the
generation and oil aging "dead" oil zone, but also real -time
monitoring the temperature of the heating
system and controls the heater set temperaturewithin a range of
work; to avoid damage caused by dry heater. Multiple sets of heater
can be used alone, can also beput into use; Under normal weather
conditions, full load flow pump can be heated to the operating
temperature, but in very cold weather conditions that may need to
be part of the oil flow
recycled in order to achieve the correct temperature.
3. Vacuum system: vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator,
vacuum pumps, condensers, coolers
and other components.
4. Automatic control system includes the liquid level controller,
motor, and other components of the original protection.
5. Cooling system is made of the radiator, cooler, reservoir and
other components. Separated vapor and
other gases out of the vacuum evaporation , after passing through
the radiator into the cooler,
reduced to reservoirwater is collected, and dry gas is a discharged
from the vacuum pump, thereby protect
vacuum pump.
