Application:
Mobile Fully Automatic type Double-stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Machine (Series VPM)
has been specially designed for on/off site use to completely
purify insulating oils in energized or de-energized transformers
even when transformer power both below and above 100kva, 110KV and
altitude over 500 meters, as well as purify mutual inductor oil,
switch oil and so on. Also it can fill the insulating oil into the
transformers on-line and dry the transformer.
The VPM oil purifier machine not only provides regular oil filtration works such as degassing,
dehydration and particles removal, but also can remove acidity,
sludge, carbon deposits, sulfur, and other soluble oil decay
products, increase the oil’s dielectric strength value (BDV value)
so as to improve the physical & chemical properties comparable to
new transformer oil.
Description of VPM-125 machine:
This is the fully closed type machine of our VPM125 model with
several carbon steel doors,it equipped with automatic PLC
continuous control system,it can treat 125L/minute(7500L/hour)
transformer oil,insulating oil.These pumps used China famous
brand,we also could supply the Europe famous brand pumps as
customer required.This VPM125 hot sale type transformer oil

Features:
1) The oil purifier machine includes a motor-driven special gear
pump, with low noise, self-absorption ability, smooth operation and
so on.
2) High-pressure pipeline with overflow protection device, which
can effectively protect the safety of hydraulic systems.
3) The use of thermal relay protection, to prevent motor damage
caused by motor overload.
4) Suction port The coarse filter protects the pump and extends the
life of the main filter.
5) Fine filter according to the different needs of users, choose a
different precision, to achieve the desired results.
6) Oil filter shell with quick opening structure, without any tools
will be able to quickly and quickly open the cover, replace the
filter. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, in the work of
a continuous indication of the operation of the system and filter
the degree of pollution.
7) Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring
system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.
8) Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency
of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.
9) Advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking
control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures
the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
