ulta-high voltage grids considering its safety, it has extremely
requirement on insulating oil in transformer, mutual inductor and
reactor.
VPM Mobile Transformer Oil Purifier Machine is a double stages
vacuum transformer oil purification equipment,The VPM series
Ultra-High voltage oil treatment equipment ,manufactured by our
company is effective in particles refining ,vacuum degassing and
oil-water separation, This equipment has been successfully applied
in 750kv alternating current and ±800kv key projects, and every oil
treatment index reaches the national ultra-high voltage oil
purification standard
The VPM
oil purifier machine not only provides regular oil filtration works such as degassing,
dehydration and particles removal, but also can remove acidity,
sludge, carbon deposits, sulfur, and other soluble oil decay
products, increase the oil’s dielectric strength value (BDV value)
so as to improve the physical & chemical properties comparable to
new transformer oil.
The whole operation is fully automatically controlled by PLC System
equipped with famous brand touch screen, all procedure are proceed
by touch screen, easy and simple.
Features:
■ Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages
electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform
heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and
temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of
oil.
■ Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring
system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.
■ Advanced infrared level automatic control system, interlocking
control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures
the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
■ Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the
evaporation area and degassing time
■ Based on the high efficient vacuum oil purifier, Roots vacuum
booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are
added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa
■ Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing
precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from
oil.
■ Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the frequency
of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.
■ Online oil treatment, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for
electric equipments.
■ Being able to remove water and gas fast and effectively under
high vacuum and high speed operation status,drying the insulating
oil very well, improve the breakdown voltage up to 70 KV quickly.
Have a big improvement on the one time purification result,reduce
the dangerous of oil aging caused by repeat heating on the ordinary
oil purifier.
