Manual mechanical Oil Testing Equipment Interfacial Tension Meter
General Information:
ZHY-180 manual interfacial tension meter is an instrument that uses
physical method for liquid table / interfacial tension testing,easy
to use, can quickly and accurately measure the various liquids,and
get the interface tension value.This instrument has been widely
used in the petroleum, chemical, scientific research and other
departments and areas.It can clearly display the principle and
process of the ring surface tension test method, it use of pure
mechanical structure, is durable and relatively low cost, it is
particularly suitable for college laboratories and teaching use.
ZHY-180 manual mechanical surface tension meter / interface tension
meter adopt sophisticated mechanical structure,comprised by torsion
wire, platinum ring, sample bracket, dial, ref cursor,
bracket,lever bracket,fine-tuning worm gear, test worm gear, sample
holder and other key components.
This product implement JB / T9388-2002 "interface tension meter
technical conditions", ISO1409-1995"plastic,
rubber, polymer dispersions and latex surface tension
determination", SH / T 1156-95 "synthetic latex surface tension
determination" technical standards.
Principle:
Operation by the rotation of the test worm gear torque applied to
the torsion wire, and use the torque and platinum ring which
contact with liquid surface to balance the liquid surface tension ,
when the torque of the torsion wire continues to increase, the
liquid surface was pulled , the angle at which the torsion wire is
twisted, the value indicated by the ref cursor on the dial,
multiplied by the correction factor, that is the surface tension
value/interfacial tension value of the liquid.
