Application:

HCF centrifugal oil purifier is multi-function purification equipment used for treating low viscosity lubricating oil, diesel oil, light oil etc. HCF uses the centrifugal force from its high-speed rotate to separate the water and impurities form the oil rapidly because of their different proportion. This equipment is usually adopted for purifying kinds of lubricating oil and heavy diesel oil in electric power plants, ships, large machinery equipment, especially fit for the lubricating oil that contains lots of water and impurities. The main reason is model HCF centrifugal oil purifier can high efficiently separate a large quantity of dissolved water, free water, emulsified water and particles, thus restoring the lubrication performance of the waste oil, and minimizing the mechanical wear, to effectively reach our target of promising a long, safe and stable operation on our equipment.

The disc-type centrifugal separator (Marin Centrifugal Oil Separator) is mainly used for the purification of the heavy fuel oil in the ship, which can effectively remove the water and impurities from the oil, play a role in the clarification and purification, reduce operating costs and extend the life of the engine. Meanwhile, this machine can be applied to heavy diesel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, turbine oil clarification and purification to slow wear of diesel engine or other types of machines, and extend the service life of the machine and oil. Structure:

The bowl rotates at high speed around the main axis, driven by a motor through hydraulic coupling and screw gear pair.Stock liquid flows from the upper feeding pipe into the bowl's bottom and then will be separated through holes on disc seat.Under the centrifugal force,heavy liquid flows along the inner wall of discs to the inner wall of the bowl, after flowing along with that it will be discharged through heavy liquid pump,light liquid will be done by the light liquid pump,which flows along the inner wall of discs into center pipe and then goes up to high liquid outlet.Larger solid-phase particles left will sedimentate on the bowl's wall and then will be discharged, under the control of sliding bowl, out of the sediment outlet.

Work principle:

HCF can separate rapid succession of solid liquid and liquid liquid ,which is a kind of vertical centrifuge.

A rotary drum is install in the upper end of vertical shaft, the driving device driven by a motor to rotate at high speed. Drum have a set of a butterfly shaped parts mutually overlapped together.

Have a very small space left between the disc and disc. Suspension pour into drum by feeding tube which is located center of the drum.When the slurry flows past the clearance between the disc, solid particles in centrifuge sinking to the sediment is formed on the disc. Sediment falls of the disc along the sliding surface of the disc and accumulate in the drum at the largest diameter.

The separation of the liquid exhaust drum from the liquid outlet .The function of the disc is to short the distance between the settlement of solid particles or liquid droplets and to expand the area of settlement of the drum.Because the installation disc in the drum and greatly improves the separators’ production capacity.
