Application:
Series TVP vacuum oil purifier is special designed for turbine oil,
lubricating oil and cooling oil to removing a large amount of
moisture and impurity. Such as power plants, power station steam
turbine in the process of running, moisture, dust and impurities
will be mixed in the turbine oil, will accelerate the oxidation of
oil, and changed with foam, fouling and oil sludge, cause the oil
emulsified serious, and lead to oil-water separation more
difficult, reduce the oil performance of lubrication, speed,
cooling etc. Meanwhile caused the metal parts of turbine steam to
corrosion, bad for the safe operation of steam turbine. So TVP
series machine is the special maintenance equipment for the power
plant, power station to clean the used turbine oil.
Series TVP oil filtration machine is also widely used for filtering
turbine lubricating oil in electric power,
metallurgical, chemical engineering industries. It is good at
emulsion breaking, dehydration and removing soap,gelatin, acid,
pigment and metal particulates in emulsified turbine oil and
low-viscosity lubricating oil as well as turbine oil used in other
machinery and electric power equipment.

Special Specification:
TVP Oil Purifier can remove contamination down to less than 5
micron, water content down to 10 PPM, air & gases down to 0.1% and
lower oxidised molecules of oil from turbine oils.
Removal of free and emulsified water prevents formation of varnish
and bacteria. Turbine oil is 98% base oil and it has approximately
2% additives. By keeping the oil free from water and contamination
down to less than a micron, TVP Series Oil Filtration Systems
protects the turbine oil additives, which can then continue to
perform their essential functions for a very long time thereby
increasing oil life tremendously.
